Siberian Kittens

Updated 3/15/26

Welcome to the kitten page and
all the fun that goes along with looking at cute kittens!

Thanks for your interest in my cats and their kittens. I enjoy talking about cats and am always happy to answer any questions you have about the Siberian breed in general or about my cats and kittens specifically. I do work out of the home, but in general can get back to you occasionally through out the day as well as the evenings. For any specific information on the parent cats, please feel free to go to my specific pages for kings and queens (male cats are called kings and females queens by the way!)

Cute kitten photos are right after the GENERAL KITTEN INFORMATION!

GENERAL KITTEN INFORMATION

HEALTH. All my parent cats have been DNA tested for health problems, and most have passed cardiac testing as well. I work hard to breed very health cats, and feel confident in the health of the cats I breed. Because of our confidence in that health, I include include a one year health guarantee in the Kitten Contract that is included with my kittens. In addition, all kittens will go home with their first two sets of shots and wormings as well as a thorough veterinary examination so that their adventure into a new family starts out healthy.

BREED STANDARD. I strive to breed toward the Siberian breed standard to continue the characteristics the breed is known for and look and conformation that Siberian is known for. I attend cat shows each year as time allows, and feel the feedback on my cats is very valuable to the my breeding. It can also be very fun, and I encourage any of my buyers to get involved with their local cat shows!

PERSONALITY. I am also very picky about personality with my parent cats in an effort to produce kittens that will become a cherished part of their new families and fit in well. Siberians in general are very happy, laid back cats with medium energy level. They enjoy shadowing their people throughout the house, but are generally not clingy or demanding. They are social cats that really enjoy hanging out with people or other animals. I want my kittens to be this kind of pet in their new homes, so with that in mind, I raise my kittens in the house with our family, and they are very acclimated and integrated into family living by the time they go to their new homes. We do have dogs, so they have had an introduction to possible dogs in their new homes.

TRANSPORTATION. I am happy to work on transport solutions for kittens that may be traveling to places far away from me. I am in NE Oregon, and some of my buyers have been quite some distance from me (I have sent kittens as far away as South Carolina). Generally what works best for far away distances is for the buyer to fly into an airport near me, and I meet the buyer there with the kitten. Often people can fly in and out of the airport on the  same day so there is no hotel expense. Having the kitten fly in cabin this way is often a little cheaper and I feel is better for the kitten. However, I am open to shipping cargo if that ends up being our only option. I do have access to pet nannies, but there is a significant additional expense involved with that option.

HOW TO RESERVE. If you find a kitten that you feel is a good fit for you, you can reserve that kitten by signing a Kitten Contract and putting down the non-refundable deposit. This is generally pretty easy to do over email, and once its all in place, that kitten is reserved just for you! I generally send a sample contract first to make sure you are comfortable with everything in the contract, and if you are, I will fill in the pertinent information for you and the kitten you are choosing, and send that off to you for a signature. Once I receive the deposit (PayPal or Venmo by Friends and Family work) I will also sign the contract and send back to you. And then your kitten is fully reserved for you.

REGISTRATION. All my parent cats are registered with both CFA (Cat Fanciers Association) or TICA (The International Cat Association). Generally I register each litter with CFA, but should you need TICA registration, that can be arranged as well. I send home paperwork with the kitten for the new owner to submit. I would like to note that all my kittens are sold with paperwork for limited/non-breeding/pet registration unless other arrangements have been made. I only place breeding cats in carefully approved homes, and there is an additional fee for that option.

MICROCHIPPING. At this point, I am not microchipping the kittens before they leave for their new homes. I used to offer this service but had enough people wanting to have it done by their own vet that it was very difficult to keep track of which kittens to chip and which not to. I do believe microchipping is a very important element in keeping your pet safe and identified as your animal, so I encourage all my new owners to have this done at their first appointment with their vet.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO ANSWER QUESTONS! I can text, email, talk on the phone, or even facetime if that helps you with your decision on a kitten. I do work out of the house, but can generally get back to you within a few hours if you send a question out to me.

All names I have given the kittens are purely for identification so we know who we are talking about! New owners can choose their own names!

These guys will be old enough to go home

Even though these guys were born a little early for the Irish holiday, I decided to go with a
St. Patricks Day theme for names!

Patrick

Male - $2000

Seal Lynx Point with white? Maybe Silver Point?

The biggest one of the bunch already, I think this boy is destined to be a big one! Very nice solid guy. Can't wait to see what color points develop on him.

Clover

Female - $2000

Brown Mack Tabby or silver?

Big girl that I think will be a brown tabby, but I'm still keeping an eye to see if she is a silver. It will be fun to see how she developes. She is a chunky monkey right now!

Lucky

Female - $2000

Brown Mack Tabby with White

This little girls sweet white nose is so cute. She is a little smaller than her siblings right now but could very easily catch up eventually. Pretty sure she is a Brown Tabby, but another one that we shall keep an eye on.

Female - May be retaining in our cattery

Silver Mack Tabby

This cutey girl is already a big hefty girl that may be staying in our cattery. I have wanted to keep a Kowboy kitten for quite a awhile and this girl may be the one. If we do not retain her, the pretty girl will be available.
